In 1998, my father died unexpectedly, leaving behind four Miami rental properties, intended to support my mother, during her senior years. Unfortunately, my dad hadn't been feeling well for some time so, he had let the properties go into major disrepair. They were barely rentable.
Cheryl has invested tremendous time and energy in these deteriorating properties, putting them back in tip-top shape, getting and keeping them rented and, dealing with all the tenant/ association issues that inevitably arise.
Cheryl has worked and communicated closely with me and, not only made it painless, but also, a lucrative endeavor as well. We've increased the value of our property considerably.
